Details about the role and requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Lean Construction for our building projects in high-rise and civil engineering: From planning and conducting training sessions and workshops to advising and supporting project teams, and further developing our Lean Construction methods and tools within our corporate group.
  • Process and Innovation Management: You will comprehensively analyze our internal process chains and work with colleagues from other departments to identify optimization potentials for efficient and practical processes. You will support interdisciplinary project teams in implementing innovations, such as in the areas of BIM or Business Development.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture
  • Professional experience in implementing Lean Construction methods in building projects, ideally in turnkey high-rise construction
  • Excellent communication skills and high social competence
  • Analytical thinking as well as strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for Lean, Change, and Innovation
