Your Role in the Company

In this position, you'll represent our solutions in the field of electronic security technology and be a knowledgeable contact for our customers. You'll identify needs, develop suitable concepts with our technical departments, and oversee projects from the first meeting to successful completion. Experience in fire alarm systems is important for this role, as this area is a central part of our service portfolio. If you also have knowledge in other areas of security technology, that's very welcome. If your focus hasn't been on all systems so far, we'll support you in expanding your knowledge step by step.

Your Tasks at a Glance

  • Actively acquire new customers and sustainably expand existing business relationships
  • Analyze individual customer requirements and develop suitable technical solution concepts
  • Convincingly present our systems and services to decision-makers and users
  • Work closely with technology, project management, and service to develop tailored offers
  • Guide offer and project processes to successful contract completion
  • Monitor market and technology trends and contribute your own ideas to the development of our sales

What Sets You Apart

  • Completed technical or commercial training with further education as a technician, master, or degree – ideally in electrical engineering, communication technology, or security technology
  • Several years of professional experience in security technology with a focus on fire alarm systems and a willingness to continuously expand knowledge in other system areas
  • Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., DIN 14675) is an advantage
  • Experience in technical sales, especially in solution and project business
  • Strong technical understanding combined with business thinking
  • Communication and negotiation skills at eye level with customers, partner companies, and technical departments
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with high initiative
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to present complex technical content clearly
  • Fluent German skills (C1)
