What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

We’re looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) on behalf of our client.

As a Project Manager for our client, you’ll be the one building relationships and driving unique solutions and experiences across Germany and Poland.

Are you passionate about project management and love being the bridge between clients, design, and construction? In this key role, you’ll lead and push forward exciting retail and hospitality projects. You know how to build strong bonds with both clients and external partners. Working closely with a great team, you’ll make sure top-quality custom interiors and furniture are delivered every time.

You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish. Since you’ll be working closely with international partners, you need to be great at building and keeping steady, long-term relationships. Besides making sure the design and build meet client expectations, you’ll also coordinate the delivery and setup of furniture and decor—a huge part of what we do.

Your Tasks:

  • Project & Construction Management: Keep the whole process running smoothly and make sure the quality hits our standards.
  • Time & Cost Management: Stay on top of deadlines, budgets, and financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client ties. Be their go-to person and make sure they feel heard and understood throughout the project.
  • Interior & Furniture Coordination: Work closely with designers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered and set up correctly.
  • Negotiations & Contracts: Handle contract talks and find win-win solutions for everyone involved.
  • International Projects: Network across European markets and build a solid base of contractors and suppliers.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or a background as a Construction Technician or Master Craftsman (ideally with hands-on trade experience).
  • Experience in project or construction management and a deep understanding of building processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for talking to clients.
  • A structured, decisive way of working with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience or interest in coordinating furniture and interiors within construction projects.
  • Fluency in German, Polish, and English (all three are a must).
  • A proactive attitude and a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Willingness to travel and a desire to grow your skills in planning, leadership, and negotiation.

What’s in it for You:

You’ll join a creative environment that’s all about teamwork, innovation, and strong client relationships.

  • A solid onboarding to get you up to speed with our processes and systems.
  • An international career path with exciting and varied tasks.
  • A strong, dynamic project team with great vibes.
  • Attractive perks, including a canteen, health care, a gym, and an active staff club.
  • The chance to work with some of the biggest international brands and see the world through your projects.
