Your Role in the Company
In this position, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing our projects in the field of security technology. You'll coordinate technical, organizational, and commercial processes and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with standards, and to the satisfaction of our customers – from the initial planning to successful completion.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Planning, managing, and implementing projects in security technology (e.g., fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems, video surveillance, access control systems)
- Coordinating and leading project teams (technicians, installers, draftsmen) and closely coordinating with customers, suppliers, and partner companies
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs throughout all project phases
- Creating offers, calculations, and additional offers in collaboration with sales and management
- Technical and commercial project management – from order placement to completion
- Point of contact for customers and authorities, e.g., fire department, experts, construction management
- Monitoring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., DIN 14675, VDE 0833, VdS, MLAR)
- Advising customers on the selection of technical solutions as well as on modernization and expansion projects
- Documenting project progress and regular controlling and reporting
- Organizing training and development measures for project participants
What Sets You Apart
- Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field or in information and communication technology
- Further training as a technician or master – alternatively, an electrical engineering or commercial degree
- A qualified career change is also possible if equivalent and verifiable professional experience is available
- Several years of experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
- Experience in project management and ideally some leadership experience (technical or disciplinary)
- Solid project management know-how, including basic knowledge of contracts, VOB/B, and BGB
- Confident handling of relevant standards, e.g., DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, or MLAR
- Basic understanding of business contexts and routine handling of IT/EDP systems
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High reliability, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork ability
- Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Fluent German skills (C1)
- Driver's license class B
