Your Role
In this position, you’ll take charge of planning, managing, and implementing our security technology projects. You’ll coordinate the technical, organizational, and financial workflows to ensure projects are finished efficiently, up to code, and to the customer's satisfaction—from the first blueprint to the final sign-off.
Your tasks at a glance:

- Coordinating and leading project teams (technicians, installers, draftsmen) and staying in close contact with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Keeping quality, deadlines, and costs on track throughout all project phases.
- Creating quotes, cost estimates, and supplementary offers alongside sales and management.
- Handling technical and commercial project management from order to handover.
- Serving as the point of contact for clients and authorities (fire departments, experts, site management).
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., DIN 14675, VDE 0833, VdS).
- Advising clients on technical solutions and modernization projects.
- Documenting project progress and handling regular controlling and reporting.
- Organizing training and development for project staff.
What makes you a great fit
- A completed vocational training in electronics or info/comm technology.
- Further training as a technician or master craftsman—alternatively, a degree in engineering or business.
- We’re also open to career changers with equivalent, proven professional experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, security tech, or IT systems.
- Experience in project management and ideally some initial leadership experience.
- Solid project management know-how, including basic knowledge of contracts (VOB/B and BGB).
- Familiarity with relevant standards like DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, etc.
- A basic understanding of business principles and comfort using IT/EDV systems.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- High reliability, commitment, and a sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and a team-player attitude.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A professional, friendly, and confident demeanor.
