Senior Project Manager – Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d) in Leipzig on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll take full charge of handling turnkey projects from start to finish.
  • You’re responsible for the performance and bottom-line results of your assigned projects.
  • You’ll make sure deadlines are met, quality is top-notch, and everyone stays safe on-site.
  • You’ll lead your own team of site managers and construction staff.
  • You’ll steer the execution planning for the projects.
  • You’ll handle subcontractor management throughout the process.
  • You’re in charge of creating and pushing through change orders/supplementary claims.
  • You’ll look after client relationships and help out with business development.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar background.
  • Experience as a Senior Site Manager or several years under your belt managing turnkey projects.
  • A solid grasp of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Great skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
  • Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to hold your ground.
  • Strong social skills and a real team-player attitude.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Plenty of commitment and a self-reliant, results-oriented way of working.
