Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. You’ll be based in Southeast Germany, ideally living somewhere between Erfurt and Nuremberg (Home Office).

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking charge of planning and budgeting for ceiling systems.
• Advising heating contractors, planners, and architects.
• Putting together detailed service specifications.
• Keeping projects on track when it comes to costs, quality, and deadlines.
• Handling site measurements, billing, and final project costing.
• Taking full technical and commercial responsibility for your projects.
• Managing, organizing, and coordinating installation subcontractors.

What you bring to the table:

• A background in interior fitting, shopfitting, drywall construction, or a degree in civil engineering.
• A few years of experience as a project manager in a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and comfort using modern tech and MS Office.
• A business-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer service.
• Top-notch communication skills, persistence, and the ability to hold your ground professionally.
• The ability to stay motivated and level-headed even when things get hectic, thanks to your organizational skills and practical approach.
• A love for teamwork and winning as a team.
