Project Manager (m/f/d) - Based in Southeast Germany, Living Between Erfurt and Nuremberg (Home Office)

Your Main Responsibilities:

• You're in charge of planning and estimating ceiling systems
• You provide advice to heating engineers, planners, and architects
• You prepare service specifications
• You're responsible for managing the project in terms of costs, quality, and deadlines
• You're in charge of measurements, billing, and recalculating projects
• You have both technical and commercial project responsibility
• You lead, organize, and coordinate subcontractors for assembly

Your Qualifications:

• You have completed training in interior construction, shopfitting, drywall construction, or a degree in civil engineering
• You have several years of experience as a project manager in similar fields
• You can demonstrate good knowledge of VOB and are familiar with modern communication tools and common MS Office products
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as a strong service focus, come naturally to you
• You have exceptional communication skills, perseverance, and assertiveness on a factual level
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain high motivation and balance, benefiting from your proven organizational talent and pragmatism
• You enjoy teamwork and contributing to team success
