For over 90 years, our client has been a staple of the regional construction industry. They are a traditional firm specializing in turnkey construction, industrial building, renovations, property development, and residential project planning.

Many of their long-term clients—including housing associations, real estate companies, and industrial partners—have been working happily with them for decades.

We might be located "out in the country," but thanks to our proximity to major cities like Cologne and Düsseldorf, we have a massive reach with tons of potential and really interesting projects.

You are someone who can work independently and brings flexibility, reliability, and a team-player attitude to the table. You’ll manage construction projects from the initial order right through to final handover, coordinating everyone involved along the way.

What you should bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in turnkey construction.
• A strong eye for quality.
• An economical and results-oriented mindset.
• Great social skills and the ability to communicate well in German.
• Initiative and a "can-do" attitude.
• Solid MS Office skills and an openness to learning new software.

There’s a reason so many of our people have been with the company for decades. Some started as apprentices and worked their way up to management. Almost everyone stays until retirement, and we even have third-generation family members working here.
