Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction, Essen

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction on behalf of our client for projects in the Essen area.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be in charge of the independent and end-to-end management of turnkey projects in the Ruhr region.
  • You’ll help out with and coordinate work preparation.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and updating procurement and project schedules.
  • You’ll handle subcontractor management during the execution phase (quality, costs, deadlines).
  • You’ll steer the design and planning for your projects' execution.
  • You’ll lead and coordinate the project team.
  • You’ll organize and document everything happening on the construction site.
  • You’ll also assist with the bidding and tender process.
  • As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll stay in close contact with our clients.
• Your Profile
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Several years of experience in independent project management—we’re also happy to talk to Project Managers looking to step up into a senior role.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Great skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
  • A strong service-oriented attitude and a focus on the customer.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
  • Great people skills, team spirit, and the drive to lead.
