What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. In this role, you’ll take charge of making sure high-end projects are a success. Using your expertise and leadership skills, you’ll guide projects from the planning phase all the way to kickoff, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Tasks
- Taking full ownership of demanding projects
- Handling acquisitions, contract negotiations, and drafting agreements
- Advising customers and developing technical solutions
- Managing orders from initial planning to final commissioning
- Leading and overseeing work preparation for construction
- Coordinating staff, machinery, and equipment
- Managing budgets and tracking results
- Handling change orders and claims management
- Ensuring health, safety, and regulatory standards are met
Your Profile
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Tech, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or something similar
- Experience in environmental tech, dewatering, well construction, or civil engineering is a plus
- Knowledge of German construction contract law (VOB)
- Experience leading a team
- A customer-first and service-oriented mindset
- An independent and organized way of working
- Willingness to travel and stay mobile
