What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction on behalf of our client in Essen.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll handle negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- You’ll be in charge of the project workflow and execution planning.
- You’ll take full responsibility for performance and results.
- You’ll help out with work preparation.
- You’ll be responsible for creating and pushing through change orders.
- What you bring to the table
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or something similar.
- Several years of experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in turnkey construction.
- Solid technical expertise.
- Experience using RIB iTWO.
- Lots of initiative, strong negotiation skills, and an assertive personality.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Great organizational skills and a results-oriented way of working.
