Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction on behalf of our client for projects in the Rhine-Main area.

• Your Tasks
  • YOU are responsible for the independent and end-to-end management and execution of turnkey projects in the Rhine-Main area.
  • On top of that, YOU help out with and coordinate the work preparation phase.
  • YOU are in charge of creating and updating procurement and project schedules.
  • In YOUR role, YOU handle subcontractor management during execution (quality, costs, deadlines).
  • In YOUR role, YOU steer the design planning for the execution of YOUR projects.
  • YOU coordinate and lead the project team.
  • YOU organize and document everything happening on the construction site.
  • Furthermore, YOU assist with the bidding and proposal process.
  • As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), YOU stay in close contact with our clients.
• What we’re looking for
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Several years of experience in independent project management—we’re also happy to talk to Project Managers looking to take the next step up.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Great skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
  • A strong commitment to service and a customer-oriented focus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
  • Great people skills, team spirit, and the drive to lead.
