Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. In this role, you’ll take charge of making sure complex projects are a success. Using your expertise and leadership skills, you’ll run projects from the planning phase all the way to commissioning, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full ownership of complex projects.
• Handling acquisitions, contract negotiations, and drafting agreements.
• Advising customers and coming up with technical solutions.
• Managing the entire process from initial planning to final handover.
• Leading and overseeing work preparation for construction.
• Coordinating staff, machinery, and equipment.
• Managing budgets and keeping an eye on the bottom line.
• Handling change orders and claims management.
• Making sure safety standards and official regulations are strictly followed.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Tech, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or something similar.
• Ideally, some experience in environmental tech, dewatering, well construction, or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of German construction contract law (VOB).
• Experience leading a team.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• An independent and organized way of working.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel.
