Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction.

The Job

• You’ll be in charge of handling turnkey projects from start to finish.
• You’ll take full responsibility for the performance and results of your assigned projects.
• You’ll make sure deadlines are met, quality is top-notch, and everyone stays safe on-site.
• You’ll lead your team of construction managers and site staff independently.
• You’ll steer the project planning right from the early stages.
• You’ll handle subcontractor management throughout the process.
• You’ll be responsible for creating and pushing through any supplementary claims.
• As Senior Construction Manager, you’ll maintain client relationships and help out during the acquisition and bidding phases.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in civil engineering or something similar.
• Experience as a Senior Construction Manager or several years in acquisition and project management for turnkey projects.
• Great skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
• Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to get things done.
• High social competence and a real team player attitude.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• Plenty of commitment and an independent, results-oriented way of working.
• Having your own network of clients or subcontractors is a definite plus.
