Head of Health and Lab Construction (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Head of Healthcare and Lab Construction (m/f/d).

The Job

• You’ll take the lead in building up a new unit for healthcare and lab construction across Germany.
• You’ll be out there winning new clients and projects.
• You’ll be in charge of the cost calculations for each project.
• You’ll manage and oversee the construction projects.
• You’ll lead the team and help with staff development.
• You’ll be responsible for the unit’s revenue and overall results.
• You’ll stay in close contact with healthcare and lab construction experts in Switzerland.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong business sense and a solid grasp of commercial processes.
• The ability to analyze, optimize, and manage workflows efficiently.
• Experience handling projects in the healthcare and lab construction sector.
• Leadership experience, great negotiation skills, and a confident manner.
• Having your own network of clients is a big plus.
