Claim Manager (m/f/d) for Major Building Construction Projects
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Claim Manager (m/f/d) for large-scale structural engineering projects on behalf of our client.
- Your Tasks
- Spotting, recording, and evaluating claims (change orders) on-site
- Analyzing contract and change order documents
- Documenting deviations, disruptions, and extra work
- Supporting the site management team in pushing through change orders
- Putting together calculations, change order bids, and negotiation docs
- Leading negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and partners
- Working closely with project management, site management, and the legal department
- Making sure the claim strategy is followed on-site
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or something similar
- Experience in claim/change order management or construction project management
- Solid knowledge of contracts and change order procedures
- Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally project management tools
- Strong communication skills in German
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work on construction sites across Germany
