Project Manager / Structural Engineer (m/f/d) for Bridge Construction in the Technical Design Office

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Structural Engineer (m/f/d) for bridge construction to join our client’s Technical Design Office.

• What you’ll be doing
  • You’ll lead and guide project teams in structural engineering for civil engineering projects.
  • You’ll make sure tender and execution projects are planned perfectly in terms of timing and budget by managing both internal and external design teams.
  • You’ll handle the structural calculations for engineering structures to ensure everything is ready for the construction site.
  • You’ll set up budgets and keep an eye on costs and deadlines throughout the project.
  • You’ll spot any deviations from the contract and take care of creating and following up on change orders.
• What you bring to the table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (M.Sc. or Dipl.-Ing.).
  • Several years of solid experience in an engineering firm, a design department, or a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of structural design for bridges.
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using SOFiSTiK or SOFiPLUS.
  • Great communication skills, assertiveness, and a knack for negotiating.
  • You’re a team player.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken).
