Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) Special Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) for Special Civil Engineering at our Hamburg location.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take charge of organizing and running special civil engineering projects from start to finish.
- You’ll be responsible for the performance and results of your assigned projects.
- You’ll make sure deadlines are met and quality stays top-notch.
- You’ll ensure everyone stays safe on the job.
- You’ll lead the site management team and construction crews.
- You’ll handle subcontracting in collaboration with the commercial department.
- You’ll take care of all contract-related correspondence.
- You’ll be responsible for creating and pushing through change orders.
- You’ll build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- Several years of experience in site management or senior site management within special civil engineering.
- Proficiency with standard office software and RIB iTWO (Arriba).
- Solid knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
- An independent, results-driven way of working.
