Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey structural engineering on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be in charge of running turnkey projects from start to finish.
  • You’ll take full responsibility for the performance and results of your assigned projects.
  • You’ll make sure deadlines are met, quality stays top-notch, and everyone stays safe on site.
  • You’ll lead your team of site managers and construction staff independently.
  • You’ll steer the project planning right from the early stages.
  • You’ll handle subcontractor management throughout the process.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and pushing through any supplementary claims (change orders).
  • As Senior Site Manager, you’ll maintain client relationships and help out during the acquisition and bidding phases.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
  • Experience as a Senior Site Manager or several years of experience managing turnkey projects.
  • A solid grasp of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Great skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
  • Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to hold your ground.
  • Strong social skills and a real team player attitude.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Plenty of initiative and a self-driven, results-oriented way of working.
