Electrician turned PV Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Electrician to step up as a Project Manager for PV systems on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• Project Support: Handling the planning and operational side of finishing up PV systems and heat pumps.
• Leadership: Coordinating different teams to make sure installations go off without a hitch.
• Technical Guidance: Working closely with teams to sync workflows and acting as the go-to person for technical issues on-site.
• Collaboration: Teaming up with other departments like Quality Management and Logistics to hit shared goals.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an Electrician (ideally in energy and building technology).
• 5+ years of work experience in the electrical field.
• Ideally, some experience in project management or site supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• A team player who works in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
• Good computer skills and comfortable using MS Office.
