Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Construction Logistics

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Construction Logistics for projects in Berlin on behalf of our client.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll be in charge of handling multiple projects.
  • You’ll provide technical advice and support to our clients.
  • You’ll handle work preparation (organizing site setup, working with the purchasing department, creating logistics manuals, and implementing logistics concepts).
  • You’ll keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • You’ll take care of billing for the services provided.
  • You’ll be responsible for calculating and managing supplementary claims.
  • You’ll lead both internal and external meetings.
  • You’ll lead the team and plan staff assignments for the projects.
  • As a (Senior) Project Manager, you’ll step in for the Logistics Manager when needed.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in a construction-related field (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or a certified technician qualification with relevant experience.
  • Several years of experience managing large construction projects, including work preparation.
  • A solid technical and operational understanding of construction workflows and logistics.
  • A confident manner and strong negotiation skills when dealing with clients and subcontractors, plus a service-oriented mindset.
  • A sharp eye for costs.
  • Plenty of initiative, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
  • An independent, goal-oriented, and team-focused way of working.
  • Openness to using IT applications.
  • Very good German skills (written and spoken).
