What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction on behalf of our client for projects in the Berlin area.
- The Job
- You’ll be in charge of managing and delivering turnkey projects independently as part of a team.
- You’ll help out with work preparation.
- You’ll handle subcontractor management during the execution phase (keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines).
- You’ll coordinate and keep the lines of communication open within the project team.
- As the Project Manager, you’ll organize and document the different trades and the construction site.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management.
- Good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
- General "mobility" for site visits within a 200 km radius of the office.
- A strong focus on the customer and great communication skills.
- Team spirit, social skills, and a real drive to get things done.
