Project Manager (m/f/d) for Warranty Management in Building Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Warranty Management in Structural Engineering on behalf of our client.

• The Job
  • You’ll be the go-to person for customers, property managers, and subcontractors after the project handover.
  • You’ll be responsible for sorting out and processing warranty claims, keeping legal, financial, and customer-focused goals in mind.
  • You’ll independently handle both simple and complex technical issues.
  • You’ll check the contract details and the actual work performed.
  • You’ll head out to sites to record defects and evaluate them systematically.
  • You’ll team up with project managers and specialist engineers.
  • You’ll handle and defend against legal cases, working closely with lawyers.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (University/Applied Sciences) or a similar qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, especially in turnkey construction.
  • Great communication skills, assertiveness, and a knack for negotiating.
  • An independent and organized way of working.
  • A willingness to dive deep into technical details and present them clearly.
  • Solid knowledge of construction and contract law (BGB, VOB).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using digital tools for defect tracking and analysis.
  • Ideally, some practical experience dealing with evidence-gathering and court proceedings.
  • Ready to travel within the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
