Project Manager (m/f/d) Electrical & Network Engineering

Your Role

In this position, you’ll take the lead on our electrical and network engineering projects. You’ll manage workflows independently, coordinate teams and external partners, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Your experience will help support our customers and internal teams while ensuring top-notch quality across the board.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Leading and coordinating electrical and network engineering projects
• Planning, managing, and monitoring project schedules, workflows, and budgets
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers, clients, and internal departments
• Developing technical concepts, quotes, and project documentation
• Coordinating assembly and service teams as well as external service providers
• Ensuring quality, workplace safety, and compliance with technical standards
• Handling documentation, final inspections, and project handovers
• Supporting tenders, cost calculations, and project prep

What You Bring to the Table

• A background in electrical engineering, network technology, or IT
• Further training as a technician or master craftsman, or an engineering degree
• Several years of experience in project or site management
• Solid knowledge of network, power supply, and communication systems
• Great organizational skills and a business-oriented mindset
• Confidence, strong communication, and assertiveness
• Experience with project management tools and MS Office
• Business-fluent German (C1 level)
• A Class B driver’s license and a willingness to travel
