What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a family-run trade business specializing in electrical, security, and information technology. They are a pragmatic, caring partner with a forward-thinking growth strategy, staying ahead of the curve in the electrical trade. They are currently looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) for their Berlin location.
The Job
- Taking full charge of electrical engineering projects.
- Handling projects from the initial bid all the way to the final handover, making sure everything stays on budget and on schedule.
- Managing materials and leading your team of employees and subcontractors.
- Keeping an eye on steering and cost control to keep projects on track.
What You Bring to the Table
- Ideally, you’re a Master Electrician, Technician, or have an Engineering degree.
- Experience leading construction projects and site teams.
- A track record as a Project Manager for both new builds and renovations.
- Business savvy and rock-solid technical know-how in electrical engineering.
- Solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) as well as warranty and contract law.
