We’re looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for international retail projects on behalf of our client.

PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

Working for our client, a leader in the construction industry, you’ll be the one building relationships and creating unique solutions and experiences as you lead projects across Germany and Poland.

Are you passionate about project management and love being the bridge between clients, design, and construction? In this key role, you’ll drive exciting retail and hospitality projects forward. You know how to build solid connections with both clients and external partners. Working alongside a great team, you’ll make sure high-quality, custom interiors and furniture are delivered exactly as planned.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of projects from start to finish. You’ll be working closely with international partners, so building and maintaining steady relationships is a must. Besides making sure the design and build meet client expectations, you’ll also coordinate the delivery and setup of furniture and fixtures—a huge part of what they do.

Your tasks:

• Project & Construction Management: Keeping the whole process running smoothly and making sure quality is up to scratch.
• Time & Budget Management: Staying on top of deadlines, budgets, and financial goals.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong ties with clients. You’ll be their go-to person, making sure they feel heard and understood throughout the project.
• Interior & Furniture Coordination: Working closely with designers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered and installed correctly.
• Negotiations & Contracts: Handling contract talks and finding win-win solutions for everyone involved.
• International Projects: Networking across European markets and building a solid base of contractors and suppliers.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, a background as a Construction Technician (ideally with a trade background), or a Master Craftsman in the main construction trades.
• Experience in project or construction management and a deep understanding of how building processes work.
• Great communication skills and a genuine enjoyement of chatting with clients.
• A structured, decisive way of working with a "can-do" attitude.
• Experience or interest in coordinating furniture and interiors within construction projects.
• Fluency in German, Polish, and English (all three are required).
• A love for complex tasks and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel and a desire to grow your skills in planning, leadership, and negotiation.
