Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering on behalf of our client.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take full charge of civil engineering projects in the greater Berlin area.
- You’re responsible for the performance and bottom-line results of your assigned projects.
- You’ll make sure deadlines are met and quality stays top-notch.
- You’ll lead the project and site teams under your wing.
- You’ll handle the awarding of contracts to subcontractors.
- What we’re looking for
- Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to hold your ground.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
- Several years of professional experience managing civil engineering projects.
- Experience as a Senior Construction Manager or long-term experience in site management.
- A degree in Civil Engineering (University/Technical College).
- Commitment and a self-driven, results-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to travel, including some regional trips.
