Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

The Job

• You’ll be in charge of managing and overseeing civil engineering projects.
• You’ll handle the bidding and execution planning.
• You’re the go-to person for costs, deadlines, quality, and safety on site.
• You’ll coordinate with construction partners from a technical, contractual, and financial perspective.
• Checking invoices from subcontractors and suppliers is also part of your daily business.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Experience with BIM and LEAN is a plus.
• Good with MS Office and estimation/billing software (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO).
• Familiarity with scheduling software like Tilos, PowerProject, or MS Project.
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven way of working.
