What tasks are waiting for you as a Bid Project Manager at Implenia?

• You're in charge of smoothly managing and running bid projects in civil engineering around the Berlin area and Northeast region.
• As the main point of contact, you coordinate the bid project teams—including work preparation, costing, purchasing, and planning—throughout the entire bidding process.
• You handle contract management, analyze tender documents, and weigh up the chances and risks for complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• You keep an eye on the market, pick out strategically important target projects, and open up new business opportunities in the Berlin area and Northeast region.
• Once a project is won, you move it into the bidding phase and set the stage for a profitable project rollout.

What are we looking for in a Bid Project Manager?

• A degree in civil engineering, construction management, industrial engineering, or infrastructure management—or training as a construction technician with the right work experience.
• Several years of experience running construction projects, specifically in civil engineering.
• Experience in project management and in steering complex bid and construction projects.
• Some initial experience in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, plus a professional way of dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
