What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Tunnel Site Manager (m/f/d) for conventional tunneling.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take the lead on excavation work for major tunneling projects across Germany.
- You’re responsible for keeping up the highest standards for Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability.
- You’ll handle work preparation, staff scheduling, and project timelines.
- You’ll be the go-to person for all relevant external stakeholders.
- You’ll work closely with your colleagues in mechanical/electrical engineering and risk management.
- You’ll lead negotiations for contract amendments alongside the contract management team.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or something equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience in conventional tunneling.
- A cooperative leadership style with strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Plenty of initiative and a self-reliant, results-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
