On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Project Management in Environmental Services.

Tasks at our client

• Responsible handling of contaminated site projects (remediation and/or process engineering projects) across Central and Northern Germany and NRW
• Making sure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met
• Looking after customers and maintaining networks with business partners and subcontractors
• Leading, motivating, and developing assigned staff based on goals and key figures
• Leading senior site managers and site managers in the respective service area

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, environmental technology, or something similar
• Several years of work experience with solid industry and market knowledge in contaminated site remediation
• Solid knowledge of waste law regulations (KrWG, NachwV, DepV, EBV, etc.)
• Reliability and assertiveness, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Great communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Willingness to travel a lot and work across regions; the workplace and mobile office setup will be defined as needed
