What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Manager (m/f/d) for tunneling projects across Germany on behalf of our client.
- Your Tasks
- Leading the execution of major tunneling projects in Germany
- Handling negotiations with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Making sure workplace safety is top-notch
- Managing work prep, cost estimation, staffing, and scheduling
- Working closely with colleagues in mechanical/electrical engineering, risk management, and contract management
- Leading and developing your project and site teams
- Helping out with bids and the strategic acquisition of new tunneling projects in Germany
- Preparing and leading negotiations for supplemental claims alongside the contract management team
- Handling project closeouts, billing, performance reporting, and monitoring
- Optimizing construction workflows
- What You Bring to the Table
- Several years of experience leading or managing major infrastructure projects, ideally in tunneling
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Solid knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards
- Tech-savvy with standard office software and RIB iTWO
- Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and a confident presence
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of commitment and a self-driven, results-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel within Germany is a must
- Good German language skills
