Senior Project Manager for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Senior Project Manager for Turnkey Construction (m/f/d).
Tasks
- You'll be responsible for independently and holistically managing and handling turnkey projects in the Nuremberg area
- You'll also help out with and coordinate the work preparation
- You're in charge of creating and updating procurement and schedules
- In your role, you'll handle subcontractor management during execution (quality, costs, deadlines)
- You'll coordinate and lead the project team
- You'll organize and document the construction site
- Plus, you'll manage individual calculation projects
- As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction, you'll handle customer contact
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture (University/Applied Sciences)
- At least 7 years of professional experience in independent project management, or as a project manager looking to move up to the next level
- Really good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
- High level of service commitment and a strong focus on the customer
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Strong social skills, team spirit, and the will to lead
