Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey building construction on behalf of our client, covering projects in the Munich or Augsburg area.

• Your Tasks
  • You’ll take full charge of managing and delivering turnkey projects in the Munich or Augsburg region from start to finish.
  • You’ll get stuck into work preparation and keep everything coordinated.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and updating procurement and project schedules.
  • You’ll manage subcontractors during the execution phase, keeping a close eye on quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • You’ll lead and coordinate the project team.
  • You’ll handle the organization and documentation on-site.
  • You’ll also manage individual calculation projects.
  • As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for the client.
• What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 7 years of experience running projects independently—we’re also happy to hear from Project Managers looking to step up into a more senior role.
  • Solid skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO.
  • A strong service mindset and a focus on the customer.
  • Great negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
  • Strong social skills, team spirit, and the drive to lead.
