Project Manager for Turnkey Construction - Large Projects (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Project Manager for turnkey building construction mega-projects (m/f/d) in the Munich area.
Tasks
- You'll be responsible for independently managing and handling turnkey projects within a team
- You'll also help out with work preparation
- In this role, you'll handle subcontractor management during execution (quality, costs, deadlines)
- You'll coordinate and communicate within the project team
- As a Project Manager for turnkey construction, you'll organize and document the trades and the construction site
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or architecture (FH/Uni/TU)
- At least 4 years of experience in project management
- Good skills in MS Office and RIB iTWO
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Germany
- Team spirit, social skills, and a drive to get things done
