Tasks at Geiger

• Costing and creating bids for electrical trades during the bidding phase
• Checking and developing external technical designs as well as picking and designing suitable electronic systems and components
• Working out technical alternatives and optimizations regarding quality, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility
• Working together with customers, technical planners, and subcontractors
• Presenting and explaining the electrical concepts of our bids to the customer
• Tendering the electrical trades for our turnkey construction projects, technical checking and evaluation of incoming subcontractor bids, and helping with the awarding of subcontractor services in the electrical field

What we're looking for

• A degree in electrical engineering or technical training in the electrical field with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
• Experience with tendering and costing software, ideally iTWO would be great
• An independent working style, reliability, and assertiveness
• Your strong cost awareness and understanding of numbers
