Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Turnkey Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Location: Munich Start Date: ASAP Level: Specialist Hours: Full-time Department: Turnkey Construction

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking the lead on turnkey construction projects from start to finish.
• Keeping an eye on the projects and managing every step of the process.
• Handling tenders, checking out bids, and hiring subcontractors.
• Giving the project team expert advice and finding ways to keep things cost-effective without cutting corners on quality.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician.
• Solid experience running turnkey construction projects.
• Great communication skills and the ability to hold your own in a negotiation.
• Experience leading site crews and managing subcontractors.
• An independent way of working and a sharp eye for costs.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with estimation software is a plus.
