Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

We’re looking for a Turnkey Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client in the Waltenhofen area.

We want you to join the team full-time and start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independently managing turnkey construction projects across all phases.
• Overseeing and steering projects and individual work steps.
• Handling tendering, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
• Providing expert advice to the project team and coming up with optimization ideas to ensure the best cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality standards.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician.
• Solid professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects.
• Great communication and persuasion skills, plus strong negotiation chops.
• Experience leading site staff and subcontractors.
• An independent way of working and a sharp eye for costs.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of estimation software is a plus.
