Tasks at Geiger

• Independent handling of turnkey construction projects in all areas of turnkey building
• Supporting and managing projects from order placement to project handover
• Evaluating bids and awarding subcontractor services
• Professional advice for the project team and developing optimization suggestions to achieve the best possible cost-effectiveness while maintaining the high quality standards of our construction projects
• Solution-oriented communication with everyone involved in the project, such as clients, buyers, planners, and subcontractors

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in handling turnkey construction projects
• Very good persuasion and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
• Competence in leading and managing site personnel and subcontractors
• An independent and forward-thinking work style as well as a strong awareness of costs
• Confident use of MS Office applications; knowledge of calculation programs is a plus
