With over 50 employees at two locations, our client takes on the client function, project management, procurement, and construction supervision tasks for its customers and supports them in sustainable business development.

Key Facts

• Employment type: Working student (m/f/d)
• Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible by arrangement)
• Start: to be agreed upon

Your tasks – demanding, responsible, impactful

• Supporting project management with schedule, cost, and quality control
• Helping create and maintain project plans (e.g., schedules, reports, status overviews)
• Preparing and documenting project meetings, including taking minutes
• Analyzing and processing project-related data
• Supporting tenders and helping with procurement documents
• Researching structural and organizational questions
• Maintaining project data in internal tools and systems
• Helping coordinate between planning, construction, and clients

Your profile – experience meets drive

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction), or a similar course of study
• Basic understanding of construction processes, workflows, and project management methods
• Good skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally some initial experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project)
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and a high willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and you enjoy working in a team
