Quality and Process Manager for Construction (m/f/d)

You'll be taking our ISO quality management to the next level, turning requirements into practical solutions and making sure quality is measurable and effective on our construction sites. Shape our ISO quality management and develop standards that actually work on-site. What's in it for you? * You'll develop our ISO quality management system further and anchor uniform quality standards in our construction projects. * You'll professionally prep for internal and external audits as well as certifications and support their execution. * You'll translate requirements from ISO standards, technical rules, and internal specs into understandable and doable processes. * You'll develop standards, checklists, templates, and testing processes that help our project and site managers in their daily work. * You'll support our projects from planning to final acceptance and give advice on quality-related questions. * You'll carry out quality checks and internal audits in the office and on our construction sites. * You'll spot quality risks, weak points, and deviations early on and work with project leads to start the right measures. * You'll analyze defects, root causes, and recurring issues and develop lasting fixes and improvements. * You'll ensure complete and traceable quality documentation across all project phases. * You'll develop KPIs and evaluations to make quality, error sources, and potential for improvement transparent. * You'll run trainings and workshops and explain quality requirements in a clear, hands-on way. * Looking ahead, you'll help build an integrated management system and further develop topics like environmental management and occupational safety.
