Project Manager (m/f/d) Technical Building Services (HVAC) Turnkey Construction

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Technical Building Services (HVAC) in Turnkey Construction for the Herrenberg location.

Start date: Immediately Level: Specialist Working hours: Full-time Unit: Turnkey Construction

Your tasks:

• Creating planning concepts, identifying optimization potential and special proposals
• Processing bids and calculating the technical building services part of our turnkey projects
• Managing the technical building services planning process
• Tendering, evaluating bids, and helping with the awarding of subcontracts for technical building services

Your profile:

• A degree in supply engineering, or a technician/master craftsman certificate in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/plumbing or a similar qualification
• Practical experience on construction sites is a must; alternatively, initial professional experience as a project manager in the field mentioned above is a plus
• Good with MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a plus
• An independent working style and a strong sense of cost-awareness
• Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
