On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Technical Building Services (HVAC) in Turnkey Construction. Working hours: Full-time. Unit: Turnkey Construction. Your tasks with us: * Creating planning concepts, identifying optimization potential and special proposals. * Processing offers, calculating the technical building services part of our turnkey projects. * Managing the technical building services planning process. * Tendering, evaluating offers and helping with the awarding of subcontracts for technical building services. What we're looking for: * A degree in building services engineering, or a technician/master craftsman qualification in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/plumbing or similar training. * Practical experience on construction sites is a must, or initial professional experience as a project manager in the field mentioned above is desirable. * Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of calculation software is a plus. * An independent working style and a strong sense of cost awareness. * Team spirit, commitment and flexibility.
