Your tasks with our client

• Independently handling turnkey construction projects across all areas of turnkey building
• Supporting and managing projects and individual work steps
• Providing technical advice to the project team and developing optimization suggestions to achieve the best possible cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality standards for the construction projects

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in handling turnkey construction projects
• Great persuasion and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills
• Leading site staff and the subcontractors involved
• An independent working style and a strong awareness of costs
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of calculation software is a plus
