What's in it for you

• Managing and taking responsibility for high-end turnkey construction projects on your own
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors on the job sites
• Making sure all work on-site is done with the right quality, on time, and within budget
• Creating tenders as well as negotiating, awarding, and billing subcontractor services

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or something similar
• At least 5 years of experience leading construction projects
• Technical skills, a business mindset, initiative, and a knack for organized problem-solving
• Enjoying the coordination of complex processes, being a team player, and staying flexible
