Project Manager (m/f/d) Turnkey Construction

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Turnkey Construction.

Your tasks include:

• Handling turnkey construction projects independently across all areas of turnkey building
• Guiding and managing projects and individual work steps
• Giving expert advice to the project team and coming up with optimization ideas to get the best possible cost-efficiency while keeping up high quality standards for the building projects

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in civil engineering, or alternatively, training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Relevant work experience in handling turnkey construction projects
• Great persuasion and communication skills along with strong negotiation talent
• Leading site staff and the subcontractors involved
• An independent way of working and a strong sense of cost awareness
• Confidence using MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a plus
