Project Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Building Services

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Electrical Building Services.

Your tasks

• Cost estimation and calculation for electrical trades on our turnkey projects
• Creating tender documents for subcontractor services in the electrical field
• Getting, evaluating, and clarifying technical details of subcontractor quotes for electrical work
• Preparing and handling the awarding of contracts for the electrical trade, including negotiations and documentation
• Helping out with project prep regarding technical details, optimization options, and sorting out interfaces
• Checking technical documents and plans in the electrical field to ensure high-quality implementation

What we're looking for

• Completed training as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) in electronics, or a degree in Electrical Engineering
• Some initial experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in this field is a plus
• Good with MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a bonus
• Independent work style and a strong sense of cost-awareness
• Team player, committed, and flexible
