Tasks at KS Engineering

• Independent management of the operational area and the staff
• Leading negotiations with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
• Strategic planning and development of the department
• Capacity and resource planning
• Internal and external communication regarding contract amendments
• Communication with building owners
• Motivating leadership of the team

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, project management, or alternatively, completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Leadership experience and negotiation skills
• An independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness and commitment
• An economic mindset
