Tasks at Geiger

  • Leading, managing, and developing the Stuttgart branch in the structural renovation sector
  • Responsibility for organizing, carrying out, and monitoring renovation projects
  • Making sure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met
  • Budget and cost control as well as reporting to the management
  • Market monitoring and analysis to spot new business opportunities
  • Goal- and KPI-oriented leadership, motivation, and development of the branch staff
  • Personal support for key decision-makers, investors, and clients, plus acquiring strategically important new customers
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other branches and those in charge of "Calculation," "Finance / Controlling," and "Purchasing"
  • Working in internal and external committees and participating in the company's future-oriented projects

What we're looking for

  • A successfully completed technical or business degree or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a senior site manager or branch manager in structural renovation with corresponding personnel and budget responsibility
  • Reliability and assertiveness, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and way of acting
  • An appreciative and motivating leadership style paired with teamwork skills
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
  • A comprehensive sales and business understanding as well as a strong awareness of costs
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good head for numbers
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific software
